Objects Of Matcha
Chashaku + Chashaku Oki (Spoon and Rest)
This is an Objects of Matcha, a collection designed with Fabio Lauria. Each piece translates the quiet precision of the tea ritual into contemporary form. Stainless steel and bamboo. Craft and clarity. The gesture of use becomes part of the design, reduced, refined, essential.
Spoon and stand, both in brushed steel. Oki means “to place,” and defines the relationship between the two: one rests, one receives. The meeting of balance and restraint, where function becomes quiet sculpture. A subtle signature of The Matcha Club, expressed in steel.
